• Activation records such as activation id, product, plan, app version, platform, device label, and hashed device identifier

ClipSeek is designed around local desktop video review. The portal does not upload or process your local video footage for the waitlist site.

• Manage waitlist and early-access enquiries
• Respond to support, download, update, and activation questions
• Operate account sign-in and administrative review tools
• Issue, refresh, deactivate, and support licenses when the paid portal is enabled

Activation keys are not stored as raw lookup values. The portal stores a keyed hash for activation lookup and an encrypted copy so authenticated customers can review their own activation code later. We use access controls, HTTPS in production, and environment-managed secrets for production services.
