These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the ClipSeek website, waitlist, support forms, account portal, download information, and activation services.

By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Account Registration

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate information and keep it updated. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Follow our guidelines and policies
• Respect intellectual property rights
• Not engage in harmful or malicious activity
• Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to accounts, admin tools, payment systems, or activation systems

Waitlist and Early Access

The public site is currently waitlist-first. Joining the waitlist does not guarantee access, pricing, availability, support level, or launch timing. We may contact you to understand fit for early access.

Desktop App, Licenses, and Activation

When paid checkout and activation are enabled, ClipSeek licenses may be issued through the account portal. V1 licenses are intended for one active device unless a different plan says otherwise. You must not share, resell, reverse engineer, bypass activation, or attempt unauthorized access to activation systems.

ClipSeek is a local desktop video search product. You are responsible for using it lawfully, respecting privacy and evidence-handling obligations that apply to your work, and keeping your local files secure.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services for violations of these terms, illegal activity, abuse, or security risk.

Limitation of Liability

We provide pre-launch and early-access services on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or data, service interruptions, or misuse of local footage or outputs.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable laws without regard to conflicts of law principles.
