Refund Policy
ClipSeek is currently operating as a waitlist-first site. Public paid checkout is not open at this stage, so there are no public waitlist payments to refund.
When Paid Checkout Opens
When paid licenses are enabled, refund eligibility will be shown before purchase and may depend on the license type, activation status, applicable consumer law, and the reason for the request.
Refund Process
To request help with a payment or refund after checkout opens:
- Contact support@clipseek.com.au
- Include the account email used for purchase
- Include the Stripe receipt or payment reference if available
- Explain the issue, including any download or activation problem
Activation and Support Issues
If a paid license cannot be downloaded, activated, refreshed, or deactivated because of a ClipSeek service issue, contact support so we can investigate and provide a fix, replacement access, or refund where appropriate.
Payment Method
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through the payment provider.
Changes to Policy
We may update this Refund Policy before paid launch or when product plans change.
